Breads

In lab tonight we cooked breads. Hmmmmm ..... I love bread.. I could live off bread alone.....I
have always been very nervous about baking. Its a kraft where you must really follow direction, no adding or taking away. You must stick to what the book is reading. I'm not the most patient
person.in the world ..and really not good on following direction completly...(only being honest).. Getting everything together is the easy part, and i stuck to everything the book instructed. At the end myself and my team member still came out a little short . With time, and maybe a little short on salt. I do believe you really have to have a day set aside if your going to bake, where that all your going to do, and that bake and bake only.... What kills me is waiting. Waiting on the bread to rise, then after it rises, you must wait again. .. oh my gosh.... Hmmmmmmm ...... i have so much more respect for our baker after
tonight.....But it was fun and i did learn alot.......
