CAKES.... LAB

On wed it was interesting. That butter cake was so good. making it wasn't as bad as i thought. i couldn't stop licking the bowl. i made a mistake i had it sitting upside down to cool. and the second one ended up falling...... chef mark misunderstood what i was asking. but it was all good... my lemon curb is a little runny, i'm hopeing it can be fix and saved next wed... when i got to class i was a little stressed because i was the last one to come to class due to traffic. i wasn't late but every one had a jump start on me so i was feeling a little rushed putting everything together.... i'm hopeing chef mark helps me when it come to decorating my cake.... lord knows i need major help.............
